These Cross-Skates come with mounted shoes or boots. The design is comparable with inline skates or ice skates. There is constant contact with the shoe and even jumping isn't a problem with more stable designs. We recommend to carry a spare wheel or lightweight shoes - just in case you can only carry on by foot.
