Return Policy

Consumers have a a right to withdraw their order under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is neither commercial nor can it be attributed to their vocational activity.

Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (by letter or e-mail) or, if you have received the item before the deadline, by returning the item. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the items by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery). Concequences of cancellation
In the case of an effective withdrawal, both parties have to surrender any items already received. In case we do not receive the items at all or only partly or in a deteriorated condition, you must pay compensation for the loss in value. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to an inspection or trial - like when testing an item in a shop. You can avoid having to pay compensation due to deterioation by not using the item as your property and omitting anything that might impair its value. Those items that are transportable by parcel are returned at our risk. You will have to bear the cost of return shipment if the item delivered complies with the item ordered and if the price of the returned item is no higher than € 40 or, if the price exceeds € 40, you have not yet made a payment by the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Items not transportable by parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days. The time limit begins for you when you send your declaration of cancellation and for us with its receipt.

Exclusion of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation is not applicable

  1. for the delivery of goods which are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to their personal needs.
  2. for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carrier has been unsealed by the customer.


General Information

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging together with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective wrapping if necessary. If you do not have the original packaging, please provide a suitable packaging for sufficient protection from damaging during transport.
  2. Please do not return the goods as unfree. We are happy to refund the postage costs in advance upon request, unless they are to be borne by you.
  3. Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right to cancel.
